My passion for animals - especially dogs - began in childhood.
My first dog was immediately on a major construction site - allergies, food intolerance, gray star, cancer, etc. During this time, as a teenager, I was finally able to do my student internship at the vet. Since that day, I have spent all of the rest of my school time in the vet practice and all my holidays.
Not that much has changed in the past 30 years, I have worked as a freelancer in various veterinary practices alongside my actual job and I still do it with great pleasure.
I have always been "lucky" to have animals in my life who had to deal with food intolerance, allergies, gastrointestinal problems, diabetes etc. That's why the topic of nutrition has been a daily companion for me for decades. Due to my job in the fruit and vegetable industry, I attach great importance to quality and nutritional value. I pay great attention to a healthy diet for myself and my animals, which is tailored to the needs of each individual and keeps me and my loved ones healthy and fit. In the veterinary practice I had to deal with desperate pet owners who didn't know what to feed, which food would be the ideal food for the individual needs or the problems of your favorite animal. The needs of the animal and owner are diverse . So I came to do further training and various additional qualifications in order to acquire and pass on well-founded expertise in these areas.
